Pumpkin Pie & Hot Apple Cider (Homecoming 2013)

For the last several years, CNU has been beefing up their Homecoming activities, which includes tailgating.  Now that our football stadium has lights, we can have our games at night.  This was our second time tailgating with IV, and it was a great time to fellowship with students and reconnect with alumni.

Its such an encouragement to us to see our alumni and catch up with them.  As the years go by and we get to meet our alumni’s spouses and children, we thank God even more for the work that he is doing in students’ hearts that will affect not just them, but also their future families and communities.

By the end of this year’s tailgate, we had eating multiple Costco-sized pumpkin pies and given away 5 gallons worth of hot apple cider!  Enjoy the photos below – and be sure to come hang out with us at next year’s tailgate!
